Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Dov Halperin Consulting Ltd. and/or any company under its direct or indirect control (Hereinto collectively: “The Company”) respects the privacy of its clients and strives to act toward them with maximum transparency. This company’s Privacy Policy specifies which uses the company makes in personal information collected when use is being made of the company’s website, located at hms.wmg.co.il , since it is important for us that users are made aware which uses are made, or might be made, of such information.
The company takes great endeavors to properly protect information given by users and collected about them, and takes the necessary measures to safeguard users’ privacy and information security.
This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which information about you is collected and processed, and specifies the uses which are being made of this information while you are using the website (Hereinto together: “The services” or “The online services”).
Any usage made of this website constitutes consent to this policy. If you do not consent to the stipulations specified in this policy, please refrain from using this website.
- The types of information which are being collected
- As part using this website, information will be collected, which is voluntarily provided by users, including:
- Details given via the “Contact Us” form (Name, email address, phone number, message content);
- Details and/or resume files sent via the “Careers” page or via application forms;
- Any transparent technical information available to the company, or provided by users while using the online services, any information provided prior to user identification including (but not limited to):
- As part using this website, information will be collected, which is voluntarily provided by users, including:
- User behavior data – such as browsing patterns, surfing activity times, navigation paths, pages and ads visited before, during, and after using the online services;
- User device information – such as IP addresses (according to the network, PC or laptop via which use is being made for the purpose of surfing the online services (Hereinto: “The device”), device ID, browser type, and information regarding geographic location, irrespective of whether the device or any of its components are turned on or off, depending on the device’s settings.
- Some online services may require registration and the divulging or collection of personal data. The company and any third parties acting on its behalf which are collecting information for the company – collect and process personal data which is knowingly and voluntarily provided by users during the use they are making in the services.
“Personal Information” may include, inter alia:
- Personal details – full name, contact information, home address, identification numbers, age, date of birth, gender, marital status, and payment details;
- Information included in and/or mentioned in resume files uploaded by user onto the website, in as much as such files are indeed uploaded.
- Users agree that information they provide to the company, and/or such which is collected and/or processed by the company or by its representatives for the company, may be stored in databases in Israel and/or abroad, in accordance with the specifications stipulated in this policy and in the company’s Terms of Use.
- Users hereby declare and confirm that all information provided by them is correct, reliable and accurate, and that they use the online services in their own name and on their own behalf only, except where they have been authorized to do otherwise by the company, explicitly and in writing.
- Users hereby declare and confirm they are not legally required to provide their personal data to the company, and that providing any personal information is done voluntarily and at their consent. Users hereby declare and confirm that failing to provide information may mean that the company will not be able to offer some or all of its services.
- Purposes of Data Use
- All information provided by users, or information received or collected in connection with the services, or by virtue of making use of the services, will be stored in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Act, 1981 (Hereinto: “The Privacy Protection Act”) (as worded following Amendment 13) and subject to legal or regulatory obligations or requirements applying to the company.
- Users hereby authorize and confirm that the company may use the personal information pertaining to users, including through third parties who are processing data on the company’s behalf, for the following purposes:
- Contacting the user in accordance with user’s communication made via the “Contact Us” form;
- Handling applications sent by users who have sent resumes, and assessing their suitability for open positions;
- Improving user-experience of using the website and analyzing statistical usage data (anonymously);
- For the purpose of complying with obligations imposed on the company in accordance with any law;
- For the purpose of making decisions, human or through algorithms, in relation to users or to other entities, including regarding the provision of the services, their scope, the conditions for receiving them, the manner of delivery and optimization thereof, as well as for assessment, rating and management of risks, and the conducting of legal proceedings;
- For the purpose of internal and operational processes within the company, including streamlining workflows and efficiency, improving the services and tailoring them to the needs and characteristics of users, purchasing or developing technological services, managing and characterizing information and usage data, as well as for the purpose of generating anonymous, statistical and aggregative data which are based on personal information, for any purpose, including for research and statistical purposes, trend analysis, development of services, advertising purposes, etc.
- For sending appropriate messages to users who have left their details on the “Contact Us” page and/or who have chosen to send their resumes, through various digital means, including via email, text messages (SMS), etc.
- For the marketing of various types of content, including advertising materials and marketing offers on behalf of the company, in any digital media (including text messages and emails), as well as for the purpose of offering various products or services, in any form of media, which might be of interest to the user, from time to time, based on characterizing user’s preferences or uses of the online services, and all subject to any law;
- For producing additional types of information and characterizations, including in relation to users’ interests, personality and preferences, and based on users’ affiliation with specific population groups, by using the information provided to the company and collected about users from other sources, in a manner which may be utilized by the company in existing services and additional services which the company may offer to users, including for the purpose of direct mailing;
- For detecting, preventing and handling of fraud, misuse or unlawful or unauthorized activity executed in the services;
- For the furtherance of information security and actions furthering secure authentication and identification;
- For the purpose of handling technical malfunctions and providing technical support;
- For the purpose of conducting legal proceedings;
- For the purpose of complying with the requirements of any law;
- For any other purpose permitted by law or as specified in the online services’ Terms of Use applicable to users;
- It is clarified that the company may use statistical or aggregative information which is not personal and is not indicative of users’ identity, for any purpose, including for the purpose of improving, enriching or optimize the online service and any associated or related services, for research and statistical purposes, as well as for training and for developing artificial intelligence models and applications.
- The processing of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy may be carried out through the use of advanced technological tools, such as algorithm-based systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, language analysis, and more – all subject to the stipulations of any law and in accordance with the company’s practice directions.
- The Forwarding of Information to Third Parties
- Users’ personal information will not be forwarded to third parties without users’ consent, except where this is permitted in this Privacy Policy or in the online services’ Terms of Use which apply to users’ contracting with the company. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the company or any service providers acting on its behalf may share and forward to third parties personal information pertaining to users, from time to time, and may do so, inter alia, outside the borders of the State of Israel, in accordance with the purposes of use specified in this Privacy Policy and in the online services’ Terms of Use which are applicable to users, in accordance with the stipulations of any law and in accordance with the company’s practice directions, in the following instances:
- Upon acquiring consent from the users for the forwarding of information as aforesaid;
- As part of, or in connection with services provided to the company, which are to do with the website, or in connection with communications made to the company by users via the website;
- As part of collaborations made by the company with its business partners, inter alia, for the purpose of data cleansing and data enhancement, the dispatching of operational, marketing and advertising messages, creating user profiles, etc.;
- For responding to users’ inquiries made in writing;
- For enforcing this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, including as part of an investigation of possible violations of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use;
- For detecting, preventing or otherwise addressing fraud, scams, misuse or breaches of security and safety issues as well as handling technical problems;
- In order to comply with the requirements of any law, including requirements of legal proceedings and orders, including discovery orders or applications for leave made to governmental or regulatory authorities or to any other authorized entity;
- In any event in which the company believes that providing the information is necessary in order to prevent harm to the company, to other users or to third parties;
- Where the company has transferred and/or assigned to third parties its activity, rights or obligations toward its users, all or part thereof, including such activity, rights or obligations ensuing from business negotiations — provided that such third parties undertake to comply with the provisions stipulated in this Privacy Policy;
- In all cases in which the information is forwarded to corporations which form part of hms Group;
- For the purpose of conducting legal proceedings and in order to enforce this Privacy Policy, or to enforce the provisions of the Terms of Use any legal aspects which apply to the online services, including where this takes place as part of investigations of possible violations of the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use and such legal aspects as aforesaid;
- In order to comply with the requirements of any law.
- Without derogating from the uses specified as aforesaid, the company may and might provide statistical or aggregative information which is not personal and does not identify users to third parties for any purpose — in order to, inter alia, improve, enhance or optimize the service and any ancillary or related services, as well as in order to tailor for users such content which is targeted to users’ needs and preferences.
- Also, where users utilize the online services for the purpose of making a transfer — users are hereby made aware that the company may provide users’ information to the transferee to whom the user has requested such a transfer to be made.
- Users hereby consent and confirm that providing information to third parties as specified in this Privacy Policy does not constitute a violation of the confidentiality obligation imposed on the company under any law.
- Users’ personal information will not be forwarded to third parties without users’ consent, except where this is permitted in this Privacy Policy or in the online services’ Terms of Use which apply to users’ contracting with the company. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the company or any service providers acting on its behalf may share and forward to third parties personal information pertaining to users, from time to time, and may do so, inter alia, outside the borders of the State of Israel, in accordance with the purposes of use specified in this Privacy Policy and in the online services’ Terms of Use which are applicable to users, in accordance with the stipulations of any law and in accordance with the company’s practice directions, in the following instances:
- Use by Minors
- The Services are intended to be used by users who are over the age of 18. To the extent that if a specific service is made available to users under the age of 18, such users must obtain the consent of one of their parents or legal guardians before using the services and before providing personal information as part of making use of the service. The Company may and might make use of security measures and automated software for the purpose of characterizing user data — in order to verify or authenticate the identity of users who are using the company’s various online services, and for the purpose of preventing instances of fraud, scams and impersonation.
- Cookies and other Data Collection Technologies
- The website uses “Cookies” and/or other data collection technologies for its ongoing and proper maintenance — for the purpose of, inter alia, collecting statistical data regarding the usage which is being made of the website, verifying details, adapting the website to users’ personal preferences and for information security purposes (Hereinto: “Data Collection Technologies”).

- As stated above, as part of optimizing the company’s marketing activities, the company is using, inter alia, the services of Google or its competitors — upon users connecting to the services of the company — thereby allowing it to share login and access data, customize ads and content (Google Ads Personalization), including measuring performance of advertising ads (Ad measurement services). For these services only, the company may verify vis-a-vis Google access and usage data as well as other information pertaining to you, which you choose to provide, such as email addresses or phone numbers, which will be used solely for the purpose of identifying your details and for tailoring ads you may see. When using the company’s online services, you agree to such use a aforesaid for the purpose of providing the services specified above, including measuring performance of advertising ads.
- You hereby consent to the company sharing users’ personal information with third parties who provide services as aforesaid in this section, and to the company receiving from such third parties information about users.
- You may refuse to use Cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser, however — please note that by doing so you may be unable to use the full functionality of the website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes specified above.
- In addition, the company may use the services of various companies which provide the company with statistical analyses regarding use of the website. These companies collect and analyze information about the scope of uses made of the website, the frequency of its use, the sources of users’ access to the website, and so on. The information collected is statistical in nature, it does not identify you personally and is intended for analysis, research and control purposes, and the company may use it, and this includes transferring it to a third parties, by exercising its discretion.
- Direct Mailing and Marketing Mailing
- The company may contact you in response to a “Contact Us” request and/or in response to applications submitted for positions listed on the website and/or requests for receiving newsletters. Contacting you may take place in any form and by any means, including by telephone or email or as push notifications or text messages or otherwise, and for the purpose of sending you any content (including marketing information via direct mailing, as defined in the Privacy Protection Act, as well as advertisements, as defined in the Communications (Telecommunications and BEZEQ) Act 1982, Hereinto: “Direct Mailing” and “Advertisements” respectively), even where you are registered in “Do Not Call Me” databases or similar).
- You may, at any time, request to stop receiving direct mailings from the company, and this includes asking that information about you is not used for such actions as aforesaid in relation to specific bodies or specific purposes. For this purpose, the user can contact the company and request to no longer receive any more customized communications as aforesaid, by entering the “Contact Us” page on the company’s website.
- Information Security
- Great efforts were made to safeguard information security in the online services, including through mechanisms and technological systems designed to assist in protecting against information leakage, unauthorized access and use, as well as against the transfer, exposure, copying and deletion of information. However, while these efforts may reduce existing risks, it is not possible to guarantee that the online services are made completely immune from such actions, and there will be no liability bourn in respect of any damage caused to users or anyone acting on their behalf as a result.
- You are hereby made aware that there is always a certain risk in services based on information processing, particularly when such information is transmitted over the Internet, and you hereby consent to the divulging and collection of the information in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy and the stipulations of any law, and you hereby assume the risk of information security events that might affect the confidentiality, integrity or availability of the information as aforesaid.
- Third Party Content
- When using the Services, links to external pages, websites, platforms or applications (“External Pages”) may be displayed, for example in the form of advertisements, banners, links, etc. Use made such external pages is subject to the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of these external pages. It is hereby clarified that the company has no control over the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of those external pages, or over the manner of their operation, or over the consequences of using them and over the risks related to using them, and full responsibility for using these external pages lies with the user. It is recommended that you review and read the privacy policies of these websites before starting to use them.
- Also, users may be able to use third party products or services which are displayed and/or are made accessible through the online services. Using such products or services as aforesaid is done solely under your responsibility and is to be made subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those operating these products/services.
- Please note that the company may use link shortening services (Links) when making services accessible, or where messages are dispatched to users on behalf of the company, which include referrals to other service pages or screens in the online services. Such links may be operated by third parties who provide to the company analysis services and who keep records on behalf of the company of your access details.
- Limited Liability
- The company is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, which may be caused from using the website, nor to any damage resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, disruptions, or non-availability of the services. The company does not guarantee continuous availability of the website or services, and may discontinue the website’s activity for the purpose of carrying out maintenance or upgrades, or for any other reason, in accordance with the company’s sole discretion.
- Despite the company’s efforts to ensure a qualitative and safe user-experience of the website, there may be malfunctions or interruptions occurring, which might cause the website to be unavailable from time to time. The company, or anyone acting on its behalf, shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense, including special, indirect, or consequential damage, incurred to users as a result of the website’s activity or inactivity — including errors, malfunctions, or technical failures occurring when viewing or accessing information.
- The website, the services and the content which is available on or through the website, are offered for use as they are (AS IS) without any obligation made on the part of the company as to their availability, quality or suitability for the users’ requirements.
- The company is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for the availability, truthfulness, credibility or accuracy of content or data which are provided by third parties and displayed on the website. Any reliance on such content and services is made at the sole responsibility of the user.
- Users’ details are data provided to the company by users, and the company bears no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of this information.
- Without derogating from the aforesaid in these Terms of Use, the company and/or its representatives shall not be responsible or liable in any one of the following cases:
- Losses or damages: The company shall not be liable for any expense, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or circumstantial (including financial loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of reputation, decline in value, etc.), incurred by users or any third party in connection with the use of the website or as a result of acts or omissions by the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf.
- Malfunctions and disruptions: The company will not be liable for any malfunction, delay or disruption in the use of the website, nor for any expense, loss or damage caused for reasons beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to government orders or regulations, disruptions in communications systems, natural disasters, lack of public services, malfunctions in transportation systems, malfunctions resulting from fire, floods, explosions, accidents, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, disturbances, wars, terror attacks or lockdowns. - Hacking and infiltration of information: The company will not be liable for any expense, loss or damage caused by unauthorized access, attacks, hacking or infiltration of information (or attempts to carry out any of these actions) through communication lines or other networks.
- Maintenance and upgrades: The company is not responsible for any expenses, losses or damages incurred to users as a result of updating, cancelling or removing functions on the website, or from disabling it for reasonable periods of time, for the purpose of carrying out maintenance or upgrades.
- The website may contain inaccuracies, misspellings or editing errors. Despite efforts made to avoid errors, the company is not responsible for errors or deficiencies occurring in good faith in the content or services offered on the website. Users must perform all necessary checks regarding the services or data displayed.
- Malfunctions or disruptions in receiving user information on the website are not and will not constitute grounds for any claim or lawsuit by users against the company.

- Users’ Rights
- According to the Privacy Protection Act, users may review personal information collected about them as part of the use made of the online services and which is contained in the company’s databases, and may also ask the company to correct this information under certain circumstances. To exercise these rights, users may contact the company by using the contact methods specified on the “Contact Us” contact page on the company’s website.
- Changes in the Privacy Policy
- The provisions of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time, inter alia, in order to reflect technological, business, legal or regulatory changes. It is hereby clarified that to the extent that material changes are made to provisions concerning the use of personal information provided or collected about users within the framework of the online services, a notice will be published regarding this in the appropriate platform in the online services or in this Privacy Policy. Any usage made of the online services after the carrying out of the aforementioned changes are made – will be an indication of users’ consent to these changes, and it is therefore recommended to review this Privacy Policy from time to time.

- The terms of this Privacy Policy are worded in the masculine form for convenience purposes only, and apply to both men and women. Everything said in the singular form also applies to plural and vice versa.
- The division in these Terms of Use into sections and section headings is for convenience purposes only and may not be used for interpretation purposes.
