Moshe Sevilla serves as Chief Information Officer, CIO, and Head of business continuity, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology at hms Group. He leads the Group’s technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on building resilient, innovative infrastructure that supports business operations. Moshe is guided by the belief that technology is, ultimately, the foundation for business growth and competitive advantage, and that it must be fully integrated with operational excellence and uncompromising regulatory resilience. Moshe brings operational and technological experience rooted in his service in Unit 8200, alongside deep knowledge and experience in the financial sector, including service in an official officeholder capacity by formal appointment of the Israel Capital Market Authority. He has extensive expertise in successfully managing regulatory audits and leading certification processes for information security and quality management standards. Moshe joined the organization in 2026. He holds a B.Sc., with honors, in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Information Systems, and has also completed advanced training in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. In his personal time, Moshe combines a passion for innovation and AI with interests in music, sports, and Jewish heritage.
